Q:I guess I can see where you're coming from? Sort of. I can only assume that it's like why it'd be annoying if any other minority group was hating on another minority group. The homophobic fangirl thing is really hard to combat in my experience though, since to them it's like there's nothing wrong being done. Then again, I guess you can say the same about misogynistic gay men, so
Eh, its probably a mattter of perspective. I’m a fangirl, its personally easier to call out bullshit when I see my fellow fangirls disrespect gay men. Something inside me twists up when I hear a gay man rant about women.
I don’t really want to start arguing about who is “more oppressed” because that path contains epic amounts of wank, and also conveniently erases queer ladies, whom everyone seems to forget about when we talk about the politics of slash.

how is this an excuse? “to them it’s like there’s nothing wrong being done.” Newsflash “I didn’t mean it like that!” doesn’t mean it wasn’t incredibly fucked up! I mean, I know you know this, but anon needs to check themselves. WHere are their ppl!?
