Q:I think Lucy Liu will make a great Watson. My biggest is that Watson had her medical license taken from her, which is completely different than no longer being able to serve and still being able to be a doctor. Blah blah, power taken from her and blamed on her mistake instead of external forces like being shot because WOMEN IN THE ARMY? WHAT? I feel like the descriptions are just weird. Like, they brought it to a point where they're not Holmes and Watson anymore. Just people with their names.
Oh boy. I mean, I think its probably too early to tell what this is going to be like.
I hope Lucy’s John will be John-like, but we’ll just have to see.

Yeah, that’s my main hope. I’m so worried about the military thing, but I’ll still watch to see if it’s quality. I know SHE’LL be quality, I’ve not seen any of Liu’s work that I didn’t enjoy. Who knows, maybe there’ll be a new Watson to love.
